About Our Concrete Work in Brea
We pour driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways and the other flatwork around your home. Before anything is formed or poured, you get a written quote that lays out the scope and what drives the price, so you know exactly what is included.

A concrete company that puts it on paper
We have been in business 15+ years, and almost all of it has gone into residential concrete outside the home: driveways, walkways, patios, courtyards, steps, slabs for sheds and RV pads, and stamped concrete in backyards. Pouring the same kinds of jobs over and over teaches you where they usually fail.
Once concrete leaves the truck, there is little room to fix mistakes. The base, thickness, rebar or wire, joint spacing and finish all need to be decided ahead of the pour, and each one affects the price. That is why we write them down. Your quote lists square footage, depth, reinforcement, finish and any demolition or haul-away line by line, so you can compare it fairly and ask about anything that is not clear.
We hold a license from the California State License Board (CSLB), and our work carries a 1-year warranty. We state both plainly because they are part of what your money buys.

What you can expect from us
Scope in writing first
Before we set a single form, you receive a written scope listing what we will remove, what we will pour and how it will be finished. If something changes on site, such as soft soil under an old slab, we show you what we found and talk it through before any added work begins.
A base you can inspect
Most cracking traces back to what is underneath. We compact the subgrade, bring the base to the depth we agreed on in writing and place reinforcement where the slab needs it. You are welcome to look before the pour.
A finish chosen with you
Broom, smooth trowel, exposed aggregate or a stamped pattern with color. We explain how each one feels underfoot, how it handles water around a pool and what upkeep it asks of you, then note your choice in the paperwork.
A careful job site
Lawns, planters and walls beside the pour are protected, and washout stays off your property. Before we leave, we tell you when you can walk on the new concrete and when it is ready for a car.
Where we pour
We work in Brea and nearby towns including Fullerton, Yorba Linda, La Habra, Placentia, Diamond Bar, Rowland Heights, La Habra Heights, Anaheim, Orange and West Covina. Long dry summers followed by occasional heavy winter rain mean we pay close attention to slope, so water runs away from your home instead of pooling against it.
